What kind of learning habit is good? Everyone has different point of view about this problem.For example, you needed a lot of practice before going. You also need to take notes in the class. It can improve your learning skill. Or before you go to sleep, you can read a short paper and watch BBC TV NEWS, CNN TV NEWS. It can develop your listening and reading skills. Once you decide which approch to take, remember that you must to keep going.

All music are not made relax before going to sleep

Most people need listening to music to relax their minds because it helps themselves before going to sleep every day. But What kinds of music can helps people to relax? According to the bulletin, we know that the classical or baroque music can helps people falling asleep.
For example, before going to sleep, you can listen to some music to comparison and contrast it. For instance, popular music and classical...etc. You will find out that the classical can help you falling asleep because it had cantus firmus to relax mind.
The popular music is not good bed-time music because most of popular songs have lyrics in them. It will bring about your attention to hear it. In fact, what kinds of music depend on yourself, maybe you just like to listen to some radio because the DJ will say something to everybody and his voice is softly in tone.
For instance, I like listening to light music before going to sleep because it is suitable for me. If you have a hard time falling asleep at night, you should try it. Maybe you will feel that any voice is too noisy. Remember to keep the voice not too loud." When you are used to it, it can help you to control your mind to sleep better.
