Introduction
Table 1 shows the average of the time spending on one day. The vertical form shows the item of action of one day and the horizontal form compares the three periods, divided into a comparison of three times: morning, afternoon and evening.

Comment
As can be seen from table 1, by far the average of the time spending of the item of action on one day, the largest time of the action in sleep compared with any other times in evining. In fact, sleep accounted for as much as 41% of the time spending. On the other hand, the item of eating and sporting together accounted for only 14% of the total.

But one fairy tale, "The paper Bag Princess," gets rid of the concept of the brave prince and the helpless girl. In it, Princess Elizabeth is engaged to Prince Ronald.But a dragon disrupts their plans by burning the castle and capturing Ronald. Elizabeth decides to rescue him. Since all her pretty clothes have been burned up, she puts on a paper bag. She bravely confronts the dragon and tricks him into using up all his strength on silly tasks. Then she goes into the dragon's cave and finds Ronald.
Instead of being grateful, however, Ronald gives Elizabeth a harsh scolding for being covered with dirt and smoke and for wearing a bag. He tells her to come back when she looks like "a real princess."Elizabeth tells Ronald that though he looks like a real prince, with his fancy clothes and neat hair, he is , in fact, "a bum." The last picture in the book shows Elizabeth dancing happily off into the sunset, with the final line, "They didn't get married after all."

All music are not made relax before going to sleep

Most people need listening to music to relax their minds because it helps themselves before going to sleep every day. But What kinds of music can helps people to relax? According to the bulletin, we know that the classical or baroque music can helps people falling asleep.
For example, before going to sleep, you can listen to some music to comparison and contrast it. For instance, popular music and classical...etc. You will find out that the classical can help you falling asleep because it had cantus firmus to relax mind.
The popular music is not good bed-time music because most of popular songs have lyrics in them. It will bring about your attention to hear it. In fact, what kinds of music depend on yourself, maybe you just like to listen to some radio because the DJ will say something to everybody and his voice is softly in tone.
For instance, I like listening to light music before going to sleep because it is suitable for me. If you have a hard time falling asleep at night, you should try it. Maybe you will feel that any voice is too noisy. Remember to keep the voice not too loud." When you are used to it, it can help you to control your mind to sleep better.

Get a good health

Firstly, you must go to bed on time, because keeping good early hours makes us healthy. If you never turns in before ten o'clock, you will at the cost of your healthy. Secondly, that is a good way to keep you health from a good exercise for any people. For example,Jogging is a very good exercise for everybody. Finally, have a good dietary habit can keep doctor away. Excessive gain or lose weight is unhealthily. If You are able to follow the steps one by one to do it, you have taken quite a fancy to your life.

How to raise your degrees and skills well

Did you know what degrees you need and what skills you shall have to be able to succeed in the society? If you really knew it and are already preparing to obtain degrees and skills all ready, I would say that congratulations to you, because you knew what you really wanted. If you didn't know it or you know a little bit it , you should read this papper now.

First, you must know that "A man who owns no degree or skill is not to accomplish anything in society."because no one wants to make friends with a man with no use .
